Smartroll will accept returns and offer a full refund on goods being returned however they will need to be in a saleable, original condition and, re-packed in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase.
Conditions for a refund or exchange are:
• if the product is unsafe
• if the product is significantly different from what you ordered
• if the product is faulty or defective
Smartroll is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Please note, return transit is at buyer’s cost unless product is defective or incorrectly supplied by us.
