We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
SmartRoll is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
We stand behind the quality of our product and design it to perform in real bathroom environments.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using your original payment method.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery due to misuse, or are not in their original condition.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.
