We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers.
We offer shipping across Australia and selected international locations. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors. SmartRoll is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

SmartRoll products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartRoll Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

We often send out our newsletter with news and great offers. We will never disclose your data to third parties and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.
You can create a new account at the end of the order process or on the following page. You can view all of your orders and subscriptions in your customer account. You can also change your addresses and your password.
No, you don’t have to create an account. But there are a few advantages if you create an account.

No, we don’t have a physical store location at the moment. We accept only orders through our online shop and we’re shipping all orders with the Swiss Post Service. Please visit our shipping section for more details.
